Why at Altai? Altai is considered to be the heart of Eurasia and a vital energetical place. According to Altai legends it is the homeland of Humanity being spread all over the world. This project is a result of 9 years of collective actions by thousands of people - Altai people, Planet 3000 coordinators and also world enlighteners of many epochs.

ACCEM, what is it? It is a self sufficient community serving as a model for a network of communities of a new world. ACCEM has its Common House as an informational, cultural, educational and managerial center, and represents unity of cultures symbolically built according to the circle principle. It includes many symbols and artefacts of different peoples and cultures. It represents the common dream of people from all over the world to cooperate and to live in love and harmony with each other and with nature.

ACCEM is a place where children and grown ups from different countries get together to feel each other and the world as one holistic unity and create the image of a future. It is a Life Celebration place for everybody to become aware of their life path and be happy. People from all over the world come to Altai to take part in the annual International Festival of Life Creativity conducted by the international team of Planet 3000 project in the summer time. They go back to their countries changed and happy - knowing the algorithms(systems) of actions to consciously create a new quality of life.

What is the aim? To promote a new society of loving relationships, cooperation and harmony by creating a REAL united international community opened to the world, based on the concept of beauty of diversity and unity of cultures and bringing balance to the mentally oriented part of the world through coordinated heart felt actions and attitudes. It will bring creative INFORMATION to the world to transform the planet from conflicts to peace!
